Her invaluable contributions make her an essential asset to the HappyTimes team.

Ann is a versatile and dedicated member of the HappyTimes team, excelling in multiple roles but finding her true passion in grooming. Her strong work ethic and skill make her a highly successful groomer, adept at working with difficult dogs. Known for her hardworking nature and vibrant personality, Ann brings joy to the workplace. Beyond her talents, she fosters animals for local rescues and cherishes time with family and travel. HappyTimes is fortunate to have her on their team.

Lauren is a highly experienced and creative groomer at HappyTimes. Her gentle and calming energy resonates well with dogs, allowing her to understand and appreciate each dog's unique personality. Beyond grooming, Lauren wears multiple hats within the company, providing IT support, managing the website, and handling social media. Despite claiming to be a "cat person" with two rescue cats of her own, Lauren treats all her clients with immense care and love. Lauren's contributions make her an invaluable member of our team.

HappyTimes is so grateful for Berta’s kind-hearted nature and calming presence which makes her a favorite among both the customers and the pups. Her willingness to greet everyone warmly reflects her dedication to customer service. Outside of work, Berta’s role as a mom and grandma is clearly cherished, and it’s wonderful that she finds joy in spending her free time with family. Brittney is a dedicated groomer who discovered her passion for grooming while working as an assistant. Her excellent communication skills ensure she understands customers' needs and provides the best care for their pups. With vet tech experience under her belt, Brittney brings valuable insights into pet health and wellness to her grooming practice. Outside of work, she loves traveling and cherishing moments with her daughter.

Whitney, with over a decade of passion for dogs, brings unparalleled expertise to the grooming table, specializing in caring for and styling our furry friends, particularly enjoying transforming big, hairy breeds. Beyond grooming, she enjoys training dogs and working with horses, drawing from her background as a kennel and veterinary technician, enriching her understanding of animal behavior and care. Entrusting your pet to Whitney ensures they're in skilled and compassionate hands, ready to receive the pampering they deserve.

Meet Brandie, the friendly face and voice of our grooming salon! With 25 years of customer service experience, Brandie radiates pure joy and a deep love for both people and animals. Brandie's responsibilities at our salon are extensive, including ensuring your pups receive top-notch care during their visit—complete with plenty of cuddles and snuggles. She handles check-ins and check-outs efficiently and keeps our grooming facility spotless. Outside of work, Brandie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, exploring homesteading activities, and immersing herself in nature. Always eager to learn, Brandie is continually expanding her knowledge to enhance the lives of those around her.

Riley

Meet Riley, our newest addition to the grooming team! From a young age, Riley knew she wanted to advocate for animals and pursue grooming. Her calm demeanor helps dogs feel at ease during their grooming sessions. Riley particularly enjoys working with senior dogs and has a soft spot for them. She's a dedicated and hardworking team member, rapidly building her clientele while also contributing to our boarding and daycare services at HappyTimes. When not at work, Riley loves spending time with her beloved companions, Carmie and Scruffy.
